I don't like to dwell on the subject of death and dying, but I recently found something that caught my eye. It was 20 ways to live longer, supposedly scientific. Many people would just rather die in their sleep before they get too old. I would prefer to live a long and good life. Like Mark Twain said, "Let us endeavour to live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry."
20 Ways to Live to 100.
1. Get married.
2. Laugh out loud.
3. Buy a pet.
4. Don't smoke.
5. Exercise more.
6. Give your brain a workout.
7. Limit sun exposure.
8. Go to the doctor regularly
9. Eat fist.
10. Eat more fruits and veggies.
11. Share a hug. Hold a hand.
12. Limit alcohol.
13. Get your Zzzzs.
14. Stay positve.
15. Consume a low-fat diet.
16. Go to the dentist.
17. Manage stress.
18. Go to school.
19. Take vitamins.
20. Drink tea.
Some of these might be questionable, but hey maybe they work.
